This notice describes the current operation of the DUCOSOFT website presented under the name Ducosoft Bilişim Çözümleri. Last updated: 19 October 2026.

How the contact form works
Your name, optional email address, selected service area and needs description are turned into a WhatsApp message draft in your browser. The website has no application server receiving this form. You must complete sending in WhatsApp for DUCOSOFT to receive the message; a thank-you or draft screen is not proof of delivery.
Opening the WhatsApp link may transmit the draft text in the link address to the WhatsApp provider. Once you send it, your WhatsApp account/phone details and message reach the selected contact number. Do not include confidential business documents, passwords, payment card details or health data.
Purposes and grounds for use
We use the contact details and descriptions you actually send to assess and answer your request, arrange discussions or quotations and follow up related correspondence. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising.
Necessary processing directly related to quotations and contract discussions is assessed in connection with entering into or performing a contract. Necessary and proportionate security processing is assessed against legitimate interests and your fundamental rights; legally required records are handled under the relevant legal obligations. Remembering optional preferences and analytics requires a separate choice.
Information kept in your browser
The duco-consent-v1 record remembers your acceptance or refusal, with version information, for up to 6 months. The duco-language language preference is stored on your device only when you allow preferences to be remembered; you can remove it by withdrawing that choice or clearing browser data.
A prepared message may be temporarily stored within the same browser session so that you can reopen it from the thank-you page. The draft becomes invalid after 15 minutes and is cleared when the site next accesses it. Closing the browser session also removes session storage, although browser session-restoration behaviour can differ.
Hosting and external providers
The website is served through OpenAI Sites hosting infrastructure. Hosting and security services may process technical records such as IP address, request time and browser information to deliver pages and prevent abuse. Retention and account-access processing by that infrastructure depend on the provider’s terms; DUCOSOFT does not make a separate retention commitment for those records in this notice.
WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Instagram and portfolio websites are external links. Opening them brings you into the relevant provider’s terms and data-processing arrangements. Booking information is entered on Google’s booking page. Provider infrastructure may involve processing in different countries; this notice alone is neither an international-transfer safeguard nor consent to such transfers.
Optional analytics
Analytics is disabled in the version published with this notice because no active measurement ID is configured. If Google Analytics 4 is configured later, it will load only after you accept the analytics category. Its purpose is to assess page use and device/browser characteristics; contact-form contents are not added to analytics events.
You can withdraw analytics permission through Cookie Preferences. Further analytics loading is stopped; you may separately request the exercise of your rights concerning records already received by a provider.
Retention and security
Browser-storage periods are described above. Correspondence you actually send is assessed for retention as needed to handle your request and meet applicable record obligations. Copies held by messaging and email providers also depend on their settings and terms. We do not state a single unverified retention period for all records.
The website does not take payments, accept file uploads or create DUCOSOFT user accounts. Please share only the information necessary for your enquiry.
Your rights and requests
Under applicable law, you may seek information about whether and why your data is processed and its recipients, request correction of inaccurate information and request deletion when the relevant conditions apply. Rights can also include notification of corrections or deletion to recipients, objection to adverse outcomes based solely on automated analysis and compensation for unlawful processing.
Where EU/EEA data protection rules apply to you, access, restriction, portability, objection and complaint to a competent supervisory authority may also be available under their conditions. Send your request to info@ducosoft.net, identifying the correspondence concerned and the action requested. Proportionate additional information may be needed to verify your identity. You can withdraw permission for choice-based processing; withdrawal does not retrospectively change the status of earlier processing.
